What is your returns policy?

We do not accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty due to hygiene reasons.

We offer exchanges or credit notes on all other jewellery. Please note we do not offer refunds unless the jewellery is deemed faulty by ourselves on return.



The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer and is not covered by Pearls Paradise. We recommend you post with tracked delivery as we are not liable for the loss of an item.




How do you return an item?

Please contact us on pearlsparadise@live.co.uk to let us know you wish to return and whether you would like an exchange or credit note.

What happens if the exchange price is less than the old price?

If the new item is less than the old one then we will also issue a credit note for the remaining balance.

How long do credit notes last?

Credit notes last for 5 years from the issuing date.






What are your shipping costs & time?

Free standard delivery is offered within the United Kingdom. This is up to 5 working days.

Express delivery is offered for £7 in the UK. This is 1-2 business days.

We ship Worldwide – prices are available on checkout.

We aim to dispatch our items within 1 working day of payment.

How are your pearls presented?

All our pearls are presented in a pretty satin/silk pouch with a gift card and care of your pearls guide.
